New Year's Resolutions!
I'm busy today dreaming up my new years resolutions.
The first step to achieving a goal is SETTING IT!
The first step to achieving a goal is SETTING IT!
Eat more veggies!
Why is it that I love fruit but don't have a desire for many veggies. My parents made me eat them when I was young. I know they are good for me.... But still they don't seem to become a regular part of my diet. It's a good thing I take vitamins every day! I would still like to work more veggies in my diet though!
Smile More!
Smiles are so contagious, so why not pass one on? If you are breathing you are fortunate! Life is a gift and we should all be smiling about that simple fact, if not more. I personally have many, many things to smile about. I am so very blessed! I want the world to know just how happy I am, and I want to make others happy as well.
Drink more Water!
I've been in the habit lately of drink more water, as I've been trying to lose a few extra pounds. I can't believe how much better my brain and body seem to function when they are properly hydrated. I also believe my skin is much more clear and fresh looking. I hope to continue drinking as much if not more water than I do currently.
Eat more Veggies!
Eating more veggies just seems like a bright idea. They have a lot of the vitamins that I need and are very healthy for the body. It just seems like my body doesn't seem to care for veggies all that much. I think it's a matter of developing a taste for them. Some day I hope to acquire that taste!
Cut Sugars!
Sugars are so horrible, so why are they so darn good and addictive? I have a mouth full of sweet teeth! I cannot seem to have enough sugar! And of course the more I have, the more I crave. Someday I hope to conquer the power of sugar!
